Closewell Transactions is on a mission to elevate our valued client's business through our real estate support services. We build personable and lasting relationships to meet our client's needs, remove daily stressors, and give them back time and energy to focus on what matters most to them.
Closewell Transactions was created by real estate agents who knew there had to be a better way. We were tired of chasing down paperwork and being bogged down at our computers managing deadlines, coordinating documents, and being scolded by our compliance department.
Because we were created by agents (using our very training methods), you can rest assured knowing your Transaction Coordinator is knowledgeable, well-versed, equipped, and ready to help.
If for any reason your transaction doesn't close, you don't pay a thing. Your Transaction Coordinator (like you) will do everything they can to help the transaction get to closing successfully.
We focus on meeting our customer’s needs and exceeding their expectations.
We achieve more when we all work together as a team.
We always do what is right and don't cut corners.
We hold true to our commitments.
We are judged by our products and services, so the highest standards must be maintained.
We are kind and caring to everyone we encounter.
We are understanding and flexible when things don't go as planned.
We value differences, opinions, and contributions of others.
"As an independent agent I need to focus as much of my time as possible taking care of my clients needs, negotiating terms of deals, & ensuring that the transaction goes smoothly. [With Closewell] I’ve never once had to worry if each step needed for a listing or purchase is taken care of - it always is!"

Our guarantee is that simple. Our team is committed to your success. We only get paid when you do!

Yes, we can take over a transaction that has already started.
A Transaction Coordinator (TC) assists real estate agents and brokers by performing administrative duties needed during each stage of a real estate transaction. A TC gathers all information, reviews each document and follows up on the contractual items. A TC provides peace of mind and timely communication keeping all parties informed.
We are here for YOU. We will communicate however you prefer to communicate. Your TC's are available for a call, zoom, email, and text. Email is typically how a TC will deliver contracts back and forth through a transaction.
Client communication is at your discretion. We believe our service we provide is most valuable when we communicate directly with your client(s) and we are able to keep you informed with all communications by including you as a CC on all e-mail correspondence. We act as an arm of your team, and all weekly updates to your client is branded as YOU/YOUR TEAM - so your client feels even more secure!
A status progress tracker can be viewed and all documents are uploaded and updated as they are received. You will have regular updates and communications with your Transaction Coordinator.
We only get paid when the transaction closes. If the client simply changes their mind and decides not to sell or your buyer walks, then there is no fee.
